Sorry I can’t nominate everyone but hopefully you will be tagged someday in the future.
How long does it take you to finish a great book?
Hmmm this depends on the book, I read The Hungers Games and Divergent in one day so I guess if I really enjoy the book I will read it as quick as possible to find out what’s going to happen/
What do you think makes a wonderful book?
A wonderful book is made by an original and intriguing plot with interesting characters. There are so many books out there that overlap but nothing appeals to me more in the book world than a unique book, an invention of pure imagination.
What is your favourite book series and why?
This is such a difficult question because I have a few book series that I absolutely love and send me back to a part of my life when I read them. So I am going to pick the most recent series that I read and would be my favourite at the minute and that is The Maze Runner series by James Dashner.
How did you come to love reading?
I think my love of books developed from a young child. My mum would read to me in bed every night and I discovered other worlds and a place to escape. As an only child I spent much of my free time with my head in a book and I loved spending my pocket money in bookstores. Like many readers I love the journey you take with a book, the vast array of worlds and characters. This kind of experience is only through reading and I am proud to admit I am addicted to that feeling.
What inspired you to create your book blog?
I think I became interested in starting a book blog after reading and following so many online. I was worried at the start too whether I would be useless at updating posts or aggravate readers with my opinions. After receiving support from followers and a few sweet comments I realised that even if one person gets enjoyment from reading a post then the blog is worthwhile because it made one person happy.
What is your least favourite book and why?
This is a strange one as no book has ever stuck with me for being so incredibly bad. However I read a book a few years back that was recommended by my Granda. I went through a phase of reading horror and he recommended The Haunting of Toby Jugg by Dennis Wheatley. Now it’s not that I hated this book but I wish I hadn’t read it because it scared the life out of me. Despite not truly seeing what caused the ‘haunting’, Wheatley had readers ready to run. He is an amazing writer who has the power to produce some terrifying creations, if you are interested in horror, definitely check him out but be warned.
Favourite childhood book?
My favourite childhood book is The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. My mum and dad bought me a beautiful big edition of the book when I was younger and I loved reading it on the floor in front of the fire. I can still remember the intricate illustrations and dust cover not to mention the shocking revelation and appreciation for C.S Lewis when I realised he was from Belfast too. How he invented such intriguing characters and a world found at the back of a wardrobe always amazed me. Not to mention I was forever looking in my wardrobe for Narnia.
Which fictional character would be your best friend?
When I was younger I always wished Winnie the Pooh could be my friend just like he was with Christopher Robin. To this day and despite being 23 I would still love to have Winnie the Pooh as a best friend and I don’t have any shame in admitting that…I think.
Where do you love to read?
I love reading anywhere that is cosy, usually in comfortable clothes such as pyjamas with a big blanket and a warm cup of tea. My usual reading spot is on the sofa or armchair in the living room.
Do you read one book at a time or several?
I usually read one book at a time but there are the occasional times when I would read two books, maybe one on my kindle. Sometimes I just get too excited about a particular book and have to start it which usually ends up with me doing a juggling act to finish more than one book at a time.
Do you like to keep your books clean or are they destroyed by the time you’ve finished reading it?
Oh gosh no! That question alone gave me goosebumps so time for a confession, I am a book freak and I actually annoy people because if they want to borrow a book, it literally comes with a set of guidelines. I hate bending the spine of books, I had dog-ears on pages and I would be super annoyed if any food or drink stains were left on pages. I know I sound psychotic but I really appreciate my belongings and I believe in keeping them in good condition.
So the 5 blogs I will be nominating for The Liebster Award are :
The Questions I am asking are:

Do you prefer books or an e-reader and why?
Do you prefer hardback books or paperback books and why?
