I cannot believe another month is gone and we are now at the final month of the year. It’s nearly time to wave goodbye to 2014, and what an amazing year it was for me with some really huge changes. However you can read all about that towards the end of the month. For now it’s just a matter of enjoying December and reading as much as possible to make sure December ends successfully.
Once again, one of my annoying little reader’s habits have crept up and set me back during November. Many will be able to sympathise with me as I’m sure i’m not the only one who does this. During November I started a few books and have still not finished them despite knowing this is never a good thing to do. Due to this I will be uploading delayed reviews in December as I finish up the books from the previous month. this is something I am determined to do before starting the New Year as I want to have a clean slate and ready to begin a new reading year.
Below are the books I read and reviewed in November, to check out my reviews just click on the book titles or images. I really enjoyed all of these books and would definitely recommend them so check them out!
In November I also had the chance to see Mockingjay, Part 1 which was amazing. If you want to check out my review for this click on the picture below.
As I have created so much work for myself anyway with starting and then not finishing books in November I will only have a small and unusual TBR for December. The reason these books look odd together is because I wanted to read them throughout the year and now that we are reaching the last hurdle, I still have a pinch of determination lingering to read these specific books.
A Christmas Carol is my favourite book at this time of the year and although I have read it so many times before I have never featured it on the blog. Therefore I might upload a review for it after reading it this month and especially if anyone would be interested in a post about it.
There are lots of posts to look forward to this month and with a Read-A-Thon or two being mentioned in my Motivation for the Month post to come, there is plenty to keep us occupied through the frosty weather. As it is the last month of the year there will also be some wrap up posts to look forward to in the last few days of December so keep checking back whilst I hope to reach my reading challenge goals.
I hope you all have a successful reading month and a very Merry Christmas, don’t forget to be good and send your book list to Santa.
