Completely gobsmacked it’s October already but I am so excited for Halloween. I love this time of year, it’s so cosy and perfect for reading. I love the autumn trees and the colours, not to mention the pumpkins.
Over the month of September I read 8 books, which I am really happy about. All of them were great and some of them could even be a reread in the future. Below are the books I read in September, if you would like to check out my reviews, just click on the title or front cover.
To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before – Jenny Han
Saga Volume 2 – Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples
The Walking Dead Volume 4: The Heart’s Desire – Robert Kirkman, Charlie Adlard, Cliff Rathburn
The Walking Dead Volume 5 : The Best Defense – Robert Kirkman, Charlie Adlard, Cliff Rathburn
P.S. I Still Love you – Jenny Han
The Martian– Andy Weir
Goth Girl and the Ghost of a Mouse – Chris Riddell
I am looking forward to getting stuck into my October TBR as once again it is filled with books I am excited to read as well as some new releases. I am carrying over one book that I started in September but never got finishing which is:
Just One Day – Gayle Forman
I am really enjoying this book but just couldn’t dedicate as much time to it as I’d hoped. I think I’m going to start it again and aim to get through it this month as I really like the characters and can’t wait to see what happens. My other reads for October are below.
We’ll Always Have Summer – Jenny Han
Uninvited – Sophie Jordan
Chew – John Layman and Rob Guillery
The Sandman: The Doll’s House – Neil Gaiman
Carry On – Rainbow Rowell
Persepolis 2 : The Story of a Return – Marjane Satrapi
Hollow City – Ransom Riggs
Excited that it’s October and I have a great collection of books to get stuck into. Recommendations are welcome and if you have read any of these before, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Happy Reading and I hope you all have a successful reading month.
